Molly

On the morning of October 18, 2008, John Bryant, founder of Molly’s Voice, had an experience that changed his life forever. John was with his adopted daughter, Molly, on a church lawn in Sherman, Illinois. The lawn was covered with hundreds of little white crosses. Molly touched her tiny hand on a cross and turned to John with a face that seemed very distraught and sad. John was perplexed. He picked her up and asked, “What’s wrong, Molly?” She immediately looked back to the cross. Tears came to his eyes as he realized the loss represented on that church lawn. It seemed impossible that an 18 month old child could understand all that she saw that day, yet somehow, in that moment, it seemed Molly did. Although she could not speak, it was as if she was saying, “Daddy, you need to be their voice, you need to be my voice.” John knew from that moment on, he needed to help others find hope in light of adoption by becoming Molly’s Voice.

I Am Molly's Voice

Although she could not speak, it was if she was saying, “Daddy, you need to be their voice, you need to be my voice.” John knew from that moment on, he needed to help others find hope in light of adoption by becoming Molly’s Voice.
